SSL certificates should be issued automatically. If for any reason an SSL certificate isn't issued automatically you can work through the following steps to correct this: -
1) Login to you cPanel
2) Look for 'Security' (Scroll towards the bottom)
3) Click ' SSL/TLS Status'
4) Beside the domain or sub-domain you wish to issue for click the tick box
5) Click 'Run auto SSL'
